TOFL — short for "To FL(orida)" — was born when Dan Forster decided his fifty years of leather expertise deserved a wider audience than his repair counter.
What began at fourteen, in his father's shoe repair shop, became a lifetime of working leather by hand — learning the way a hide should feel, how it moves, where it stretches, and what makes a piece last. TOFL now operates from Florida, where Dan has built a catalog around that half-century of know-how. The same standards. The same expertise. The same eye for what good leather should be.
